STLA Member Registration Fee
You must be a member of STLA to attend. The $255 fee includes CLE Seminar registration and the Welcome Reception, Saturday Breakfast, and Churchill Downs After Dark for you and your guest/spouse. 

Accommodations - The Omni Louisville Hotel
STLA Group Room Rate: $209 Single/Double
Group rate available until August 26, 2021, or until the room block is sold out, whichever comes first. Your registration confirmation will include the link for making room reservations online.

Safety First: COVID-19 Protocols
We are closely watching the ongoing developments with COVID-19. Event attendees will be subject to all local, state, federal, and venue safety regulations/guidelines in effect at the time of the event. Your final confirmation email will provide additional details. Meeting events at the Omni will be social distanced. The Welcome Reception will be outside and the CLE seminar will be in a large ballroom allowing for spacious seating. For information on Omni Louisville's Safe & Clean program, click here.

Cancellation Policy
The STLA cancellation policy applies to all paid meeting events, including social events. All cancellations or changes must be received in writing. Cancellations received on or before August 16 will receive 100% of the registration fee paid. Cancellations received between August 17 and September 3 will receive 50% of the registration fee paid. We regret that due to guarantees required, no refunds can be given after September 3.
