Board of Governors Meeting
Afternoon/Evening Group Event - We are looking into options for an afternoon group event and will provide details when available.

Registration Fee
$355 Attorney Registration
Includes CLE Seminar registration/materials, and Welcome Reception for registrant and family. Attorneys from the same firm must register separately in order to attend the seminar and earn CLE credit.

$455 Attorney Nonmember Registration
Includes STLA membership plus CLE Seminar registration/materials, and Welcome Reception for registrant and family. You must qualify for STLA membership in order to attend.

Accommodations - SLS Baha Mar, Nassau, Bahamas 
The SLS Baha Mar is sold out of regular rooms. There are limited suites available through the SLS website. You can also try the Grand Hyatt, located next door (still within the Baha Mar resort). 
STLA Group Room Rate: $359 Ocean View King
The group rate is available until Tuesday, September 12, 2023, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first. A mandatory resort fee of $67.10 per night and $27.63 service fee will be applied to your booking and includes unlimited access the Baha Bay Water Park (up to 4 guests per room), use of all non-motorized water sports on the beach, Wi-Fi access throughout the resort, 2 bottled waters in-room daily, on-site 24 hour fitness center, maid and porterage gratuities, and SLS Beach Gratuity. Your registration confirmation will include the link for making room reservations online.

Seminar Registration Cancellation Policy
Registration and refund requests must be made in writing by Friday, September 29, 2023. A refund of the full registration fee, minus a $40 administrative fee, will be given if cancellation is received by this date. No refunds will be granted after after this date.
