Fall Sponsorship $2,500
Sponsorship is by invitation only and includes recognition in meeting promotions and at event, pre/post-registration lists, your marketing collateral distributed to attendees, conference registration for up to two representatives, Welcome Reception, Member Breakfast, CLE Seminar, Canyon Road Crawl, and Saturday Dinner. Optional tours and activities are not included and must be purchased separately.

STLA Group Room Rates: 
$349 Traditional King
$389 Deluxe King or Queen/Queen

All sleeping rooms are subject to Lodger's Tax of 7% and Gross Receipts Tax of 8.1875%. Taxes are subject to change without notice. Limited quantities of the different types of rooms are first come first served. The group rate is available until August 13, 2024, or until a particular room type or the room block sells out, whichever comes first. You will be sent the link for making room reservations online once we receive your sponsorship payment.

Cancellation/Refund Policy
Sponsorship canceled prior to 30 days before the conference will forfeit 50% of payment unless the sponsorship is resold. There will be no refunds for cancellation less than 30 days prior to the event start date.
